Azienda Agricola E. Pira & Figli, under the leadership of Chiara Boschis, is a historic name in the wine scene in Barolo, Piedmont. Strategically located on the square where Via Monforte and Via Vittorio Veneto meet, known as “Via Nuova,” the winery boasts a long legacy of nine generations in the Boschis family.
Chiara Boschis took the reins of the winery in the 1980s, emerging as one of the first female figures in Barolo wine production and playing a key role in the “Barolo Boys” movement.
