Tenuta Il Paradiso di Manfredi, located in Montalcino, is a hidden gem in the Tuscan wine scene. This small family winery represents one of the most authentic and traditional expressions of Brunello di Montalcino, thanks to a philosophy that values territory, time and nature.

The estate is located in the hills of Montalcino, in a privileged position that offers an ideal microclimate for the cultivation of Sangiovese Grosso. The vineyards are planted on soils rich in marl, clay and limestone, characteristics that give the wines structure, elegance and a distinct minerality.

Work in the vineyards is conducted manually, with great attention to biodiversity and respect for the local ecosystem. Each vine is treated with care, following the rhythms of nature and ensuring a limited but very high quality production.

Founded by Manfredi Martini in the 1960s, the winery has always stood for tradition and respect for the land. The winery’s philosophy is based on the idea that a great wine is born first and foremost in the vineyard and that time is the secret ingredient for achieving perfection.

The Martini family continues to follow an artisanal and sustainable approach, using traditional methods both in the vineyard and in the winery. Winemaking is done without compromise: spontaneous fermentations, use of large Slavonian oak barrels and long aging.

While remaining faithful to traditional practices, Il Paradiso di Manfredi is careful to preserve the environmental balance. The farm practices sustainable agriculture, avoiding the use of chemicals and favoring natural techniques that promote healthy soil and vines.
