Tenuta San Leonardo

San Leonardo famiglia

Description

Tenuta San Leonardo founded in 1724 is a jewel of Italian winemaking, nestled in the heart of Vallagarina, Trentino. This historic winery covers an estate of more than 300 hectares, 45 of which are dedicated to the cultivation of vines. The vineyards, located between 150 and 250 meters above sea level, enjoy an ideal microclimate thanks to temperature ranges and alpine winds, which give the wines extraordinary elegance and complexity.

Tenuta San Leonardo is the symbol of a winemaking tradition handed down for generations, combining innovative techniques with a deep respect for nature. Cultivation is conducted according to organic farming principles, and every stage of production is followed with extreme care to preserve the authenticity of the land.

The flagship wine of the winery is the famous “San Leonardo,” a fine Bordeaux blend that comes from a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère and Merlot. This wine, considered one of the greatest Italian reds, embodies the winery’s philosophy: harmony, elegance and longevity. Each bottle tells a story of passion, study and dedication.

In addition to “San Leonardo,” the winery produces a range of high quality wines that reflect the unique characteristics of the terroir. From intense reds to fresh, mineral whites, each label is an expression of the perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

Tenuta San Leonardo is not just a winery, but a place where nature, history and culture come together. To visit the estate is to immerse yourself in a centuries-old heritage, where time seems to stand still to celebrate the art of wine.
